My story
Hola! My story with yoga goes back to the late 90's, when I did my first Hatha yoga class. I couldn't say I was caught from the beginning but there was something that made me keep coming back to the mat, and I realised (after a while), that it was the great feeling the class would leave me with! I started exploring other styles and teachers till I moved to Oxford and absolutely fell in love with Vinyasa yoga.
I am now a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher and I completed my training with Alessandro and Caroline Gozzi at Spiralling Crow in Oxford, in 2016.

In my classes, I like to create flow in the movements so it can feel a bit like dancing. I have studied ballet and jazz dance for nearly 30 years of my life, so that helps me create balanced and rhythmic yoga sequences.
Whether you are already in love with yoga and have practised for years or this is all completely new for you, come join me for a class or two. And if you are concerned about not being flexible, come to my class and I'll help you with that!
